Toy Design:
Bulbule & Lego Design
These projects are centered around sensory experiences, specifically focusing on touch, feel, and sound to inspire toy designs. These projects involve prototyping workshops where live materials are used to bring these designs to life, allowing for a hands-on exploration of the sensory aspects in toy creation
Bulbule
meaning: bubbles

Inspiration
Toys play a crucial role in bringing joy and positivity to children's lives. Inspired by the sounds of positivity in Indian culture, we incorporated the sound of a 'shankh' or conch shell into our toy design. The shell must be blown to produce its uplifting sound
-

Exploration
After considering what would be easy for children to blow and bring them happiness, we narrowed down our options to bubbles. We envisioned creating musical bubbles or a bubble blower that could produce sounds
-

The Design
The ultimate design features a flute-like structure with a bubble blower attached at the top, combining the joy of blowing bubbles with musical elements for a delightful and engaging play experience
Execution
Lego Design

CONCEPT: using textures and materials to aid visually impaired children, promoting inclusion by showcasing that despite having a walking stick in one hand, they can also hold a ping pong racket. Additionally, the figure's t-shirt would feature the LEGO name embossed in braille
